Overview of the workshop

The Effective Non-Executive Director Programme, is an intensive two-day course designed to further develop the skills of existing board members or those keen to take on non-executive roles in the near future. We run specific UK-focused and Asia-focused versions of the programme.

This is a practical, detailed and highly interactive course with recognised speakers and thought-leaders who will help you with improving board effectiveness and increasing your contribution to the board.
