Caroline’s executive career included 26 years at J&J, the world’s largest & most diverse healthcare business, in a variety of international commercial, marketing & digital roles.   Subsequently she provided marketing consultancy to clients from tech start-ups to blue chip multinationals, and more recently has been building & expanding the family bakery business she co-founded 10 years ago.

She is now focused on developing her NED portfolio with current Board positions helping international growth and organisational capability in exciting AIM-listed manufacturers.  Caroline is chair of the Audit Committee for Tristel plc, a medical infection control company and Non-Executive Director for Churchill, which supplies performance tableware to the hospitality industry.
