David is the founder of The Monday Revolution, advising organisations in decision-making, business simplification, and fast growth strategies. 

He is chairman of RAJAR Ltd and was previously CEO of Capital Radio PLC and held directorships at Carphone Warehouse PLC, Game Group PLC, and Ingenious Media PLC amongst many others. He has extensive board level experience in management, strategic decision-making, and mergers & acquisitions, working with corporates, private equity, and venture capital organisations.

David is an author, speaker, investor, accredited EMCC Executive Business Coach, and Fellow at the Center for Evidence-Based Management. He is a Fellow of the Radio Academy and was formerly an Honorary Visiting Professor at Cass Business School and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford.

He holds a master’s degree in strategic decision-making and is currently pursuing a Doctorate (DBA) at Cranfield University.
