Diane is a senior audit partner at BDO LLP and the Head of BDO’s National Consumer Sector. She works with a broad range of organisations including Main Market and AIM listed businesses as well as large privately owned and PE backed companies. In Diane’s role as lead audit partner, she frequently meets with Boards and their Audit Committees and having spent a number of years in Canada, has a depth of knowledge on both UK and North America reporting and governance requirements. As well as a practicing audit partner with more than 30 years’ experience, Diane is also a member of BDO’s Audit Strategy Council.
