As an independent consultant, Jacquie offers advice and coaching to help senior executives and aspiring non- executive directors achieve their career goals. This includes being a Visiting Careers Consultant for the London Business School, supporting their alumni network, and working with Deloitte to provide a Board Readiness programme for retiring partners. She also works with a leading management consultancy supporting board evaluation. From time to time, she provides forensic referencing services for a global advisory firm.

Jacquie has over 20 years’ experience in executive search with one of the top five global search firms, delivering international financial officer assignments across a variety of sectors – mainly healthcare, consumer fmcg, industrial and technology – for leading global businesses. Most recently she supported the board practice in the UK, discovering and advising new and diverse talent as future non-executive directors. A qualified Chartered Secretary with a career in recruitment, training, corporate governance and leadership in a variety of settings in the public and private sectors, Jacquie has a passion for encouraging others to achieve their best. She is a volunteer mock interviewer and coach for Resurgo Trust’s Spear Programme, which helps young people facing disadvantage in work or education. She also volunteers for Riding for the Disabled and for a local dog rescue.
