Applications and Approval
Now that you have registered for the course, you will shortly receive an email linking to the application form. The link to the application form is only valid for seven days, so please ensure you return this in a timely manner. Following this, the application process is below:

The application will ask you for a supporting statement, here you should list your motivations for the course and what you hope to achieve. You will also be asked for your professional history and for the names and contact details of two referees to support your application.

You can find out more about who to list as a referee here. If there is an issue with one of the referees you have provided, we will get in touch and ask for an alternate contact.

Once we receive your application, if there is a problem with any of the information provided we will contact you. If you don’t hear from us, your application has been initially approved pending reference checks.

We will reach out to your references within two business days of receiving your application form.
5.
Once your application has been approved and both referees have returned their forms, you will receive an email confirming this.
The length of the application process varies depending on when we receive a response from your referees. Where this process sometimes gets stuck is with the referees so it is crucial that they are aware of what they are expected to do.
Full payment of the course fee must be made before the induction workshop on [date]. This can be made through this payment link: [link to payment page]. Please note that your place in the cohort is not confirmed until the final balance payment has been made.
Information for the induction will be sent approximately four weeks before the induction date unless your application is still outstanding. If you have any questions we are here to help.
We often run waiting lists for our cohorts, so completing the above steps is essential to confirm your place on your chosen dates.
