Elizabeth has been working in the field of leadership and organisational performance for over 20 years.  Her background is in anthropology, law and management consultancy and she draws on all three, combined with insights from cognitive and behavioural science to provide highly tailored advice and support for her clients.

After a career in corporate law and strategy and organisational consultancy, Elizabeth launched her independent advisory and consulting business in 2010. She works with members of boards and senior teams both individually and in groups to help them to work effectively as leaders of their organisations, through the provision of board reviews, leadership team development, coaching and training.

When clients need more than one person or would benefit from a very specific skillset or experience, Elizabeth puts together small tailored teams from her network of experienced and talented individuals. She collaborates widely with other consultants, industry experts and academics to bring the best to her clients.
