Gulnar Vaswani

Gulnar is a talent management strategist, advisor, sought-after speaker and research contributor. She advises, coaches and trains established and aspiring leaders and their organizations to understand and embrace inclusiveness; to consciously recognize the power of cross-cultural dynamics and diversity; and to learn how to prepare for and harness change.  

Against the backdrop of today’s increasingly uncertain world, she is inspired by the potential to re-imagine leadership in the 21st Century. Her work is shaped by a powerful blend of natural curiosity, strong business acumen, in-depth research and extensive experience. She takes clients beyond what they know, feel and do to a place that is fundamentally better – for them, for business and for society.  

Gulnar draws on a 20-year career where she has held senior roles in multinational organizations, across a range of industries, functional roles, and continents. Based between Hong Kong and London, Gulnar’s clients come from a range of business sectors and include Fortune 500 companies, world business leaders, CEO’s and entrepreneurs from YPO (Young President’s Organization).  

Gulnar’s own life journey has deeply influenced who she is and what she does today. Her dual identity as a woman with Indian origins and a US upbringing, complemented by her experience living and working in different countries, have helped her to appreciate the richness that comes from a diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. 

Gulnar received a Bachelors and Masters in International Business from the University of Miami, and now serves as a member of their International Alumni Board. She has also recently joined the advisory board of Kravis Leadership Institute of Claremont McKenna College.  

A life longer learner devoted to holistic growth and fulfillment, Gulnar turns to travel, music, yoga and meditation for inspiration and sustenance.
